A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched from Vandenberg Space Force Base early yesterday morning. The rocket’s payload was a satellite for the National Reconnaissance Office. The rocket’s first-stage booster returned to a drone ship in the Pacific Ocean for the 16th time.
