A San Luis Obispo man is facing attempted murder charges this morning following a weekend shooting incident. 28-year-old David Ochoa is accused of shooting another man in Santa Maria. Police say the victim was found in a parking lot on South Broadway early Sunday morning. Detectives later determined Ochoa was the primary suspect. He was arrested at his San Luis Obispo home early yesterday morning. His bail was set at 1 million dollars. Investigators believe Ochoa may be connected to other shootings.
