Gas prices are continuing a downward trend. According to Triple-A, the price for a gallon of regular is averaging 3.44 nationally. In California, it’s less than it was a year ago at 4.83 a gallon. In San Luis Obispo County a gallon of regular is averaging 5.10 a gallon, five cents a gallon less than last year. Santa Barbara County is reporting an average of 4.94 a gallon.
