A popular northern San Luis Obispo County playground is closed this morning. The Joy Playground at Colony Park in Atascadero will be closed for the next two weeks. Officials say the playground will be getting a few upgrades and improvements including two new shade structures. According to KSBY, the project is being built by the playground equipment company Game Time.
