A car stolen in San Diego turned up in Grover Beach driven by an Oceano woman. Grover Beach Police say officers were altered to a stolen vehicle at the corner of Farroll Avenue and 13th Street yesterday. They conducted a felony traffic stop and found 26-year-old Kaytlin Fossum from Oceano and a male passenger inside. Both cooperated with the police. Fossum was arrested on suspicion of felony vehicle theft. Her passenger was arrested for a misdemeanor drug offense. The stolen vehicle will be returned to its rightful owner.
