People who use Highway 166 in the Santa Maria area can expect delays next month. Beginning July 1st, traffic will be rerouted at Highway 166 and Black Road. The intersection will be receiving some much-needed improvements. Officials say a 2.3 million dollar signalization and safety project will break ground on Monday July 1st. Highway 166 will remain open during the project.
