A suspected child molester is behind bars thanks to technology. Grover Beach Police say license plate reader technology helped nab an alleged child molester this week. Police from Ellensburg, Washington notified Grover Beach that their suspect may be on the Central Coast. Wednesday afternoon, one of the 17 license plate reading cameras installed last year spotted the suspect. He was in custody a short time later.
