A suspect in a 2021 Santa Maria murder is behind bars, but a second is still on the loose. The Santa Barbara County D.A.’s Office says the murder happened on May 7th on Foxen Canyon Road. Last Week, 35-year-old Fabian Apolinar-Solano pleaded not guilty to the murder charge. The other suspect Hilario Moreno Solano, allegedly used a firearm in the murder and is still at large. Anyone with helpful information about this ongoing investigation is asked to contact the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office.
