A merger between two major grocery store chains will affect some Central Coast shoppers. Kroger and Albertsons released a list of 63 locations statewide that would be closed. Among the Closures are the Lompoc Albertsons on North H Street, Albertsons on Quintana Road in Morro Bay, and two more in Santa Barbara. Shoppers will have to look for new options when the stores close in September.
