An hours-long standoff ended with a Lompoc man in custody. Police say a woman called 911 at around 11 A.M. to report her ex-boyfriend was at her home in violation of a restraining order. She escaped her North M Street home. But when police arrived, 29-year-old Ivan Gutierrez refused to come out. Following several hours of negotiation, a SWAT team was called. They were able to enter the home and arrest Gutierrez at around 5:40 in the evening.
