The Lake Fire continues to burn near Zaca Lake. Fire officials say fire crews are making good progress. While the flames have scorched over 38,650 acres, making it the largest wildfire in California this year, containment has risen to 42 percent. Three structures have been destroyed, close to 800 are still being threatened. Six firefighters have been injured fighting the flames. Thankfully, no fatalities have been reported. The cause of the Lake Fire is still under investigation.
