Firefighters battling the Lake Fire are make good progress. According to the latest update from Cal Fire, the Lake Fire is 73 percent contained and showed minimal growth. Fire crews are either being sent home or, re-deployed to other wildfires in California. Just over 2,000 personnel are working to douse the blaze that has been burning since July 5th.
