Atascadero shoppers could receive some rewards. According to a press release, customers who spend $100 at qualifying merchants in the downtown area can earn a $20 gift card to be used at participating stores. The program kicked off on Monday as crews began various infrastructure improvements in downtown Atascadero. One major project includes replacing 100-year-old pipelines under El Camino Real.
