SpaceX appears to be back on track. Following what the F.A.A. considered a “catastrophic failure” earlier this month, a Falcon 9 rocket left Vandenberg Space Force Base early yesterday morning. SpaceX reported that the 21 Starlink satellites onboard were deployed successfully.
