There have been two fatal crashes on Highway 46 in San Luis Obispo County within days of each other. The first happened last Tuesday near the intersection of Highways 41 and 46. A driver tried to pass another vehicle, causing a fatal head-on cash. According to KSBY, the other happened late Sunday night. A driver headed west on Highway 46 East hit a vehicle head-on, resulting in three fatalities. Both incidents are under investigation.
