A Paso Robles man was found guilty Wednesday of misdemeanor sexual battery of an Uber driver he attacked in December. According to the D.A.’s Office, 56-year-old Robi Al Nogo was found guilty of the charges stemming from an incident in rural Paso Robles late last year. A camera inside the vehicle recorded the assault, which was replayed during the six-day trial. Nogo’s sentencing will be held Aug. 21st.
