An 18-year-old spent the weekend in jail. According to Arroyo Grande Police, the teen was pulled over for driving recklessly Friday night. That’s when the driver gave officers a false name and fled at a “high rate of speed.” During the pursuit, the driver stopped several times but ignored officers’ commands to exit the vehicle. Officers were eventually able to corral 18-year-old Jesse Sights, booking him into San Luis Obispo County Jail early Saturday morning. He’s facing several vehicle Code violations, including DUI.
