SpaceX plans to launch a Falcon 9 rocket later this morning. The launch window for the Transfer-11 mission opens at 11:20 a.m.. The Transfer-11 mission will carry 116 payloads into low-earth orbit and will include an orbital transfer vehicle with eight additional payloads to be deployed at a later date.
