President Joe Biden and the First Lady may be taking some time off in Santa Barbara County this week. Flight restrictions around the Santa Ynez Airport for VIPs began this morning and will remain in effect through Sunday night. Increasing Military aircraft activity around the Santa Maria and Santa Ynez airports also attracted some attention. it wouldn’t be the first time a sitting president has spent time on the Central Coast. President Ronald Regan had a ranch in the hills above the Santa Ynez Valley. It became known as the Western White House.
