A crash on Highway 101 north of Paso Robles proved to be fatal yesterday. It happened at around 12:15 p.m. at the 101 Wellsona Road intersection. CHP investigators say 27-year-old Brianna Mae Thomas was driving on Wellsona Road when she drove into the path of a semi-truck. CHP officials say an investigation is ongoing. It’s unclear if drugs or alcohol were involved.
