A major construction project in Grover Beach will bring oceanview condos and retail space. The Grover Beach City Council unanimously approved the project at the end of West Grand Avenue near Highway 1. The project will include 23 condominiums on the upper level and Commercial space below. Construction is expected to begin sometime next year.
