A San Luis Obispo hiker who went missing in the Yosemite National Park has been found. According to National Park officials, 61-year-old Kirk Thomas Olsen went missing near Ostrander Lake during a solo hike in the backcountry. His body was found Saturday morning. Olsen worked for the Parks Department near Clearwater and Donner Lake. He had worked at Hearst Castle between 2017 and 2020. Officials say an investigation into the cause of his death is ongoing.
