There’s a new housing complex in Pismo Beach. People’s Self Help and the Five Cities Homeless Coalition collaborated on the Pismo Terrace housing unit. Yesterday, was the grand opening of a long-awaited apartment complex meant for low-income households, formerly homeless people, and transitional-age youth. The 50 unit complex is already full. Pismo Beach Mayor Ed Waage said the Pismo Terrace was a great step forward in trying to meet the needs of our housing, especially the unhoused population.
