A Santa Maria man is behind bars following a month-long investigation. According to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office, a six-year-old reported a person had grabbed their behind in an Orcutt Dollar Tree store in August. Two more victims, a nine-year-old and a seven-year-old, reported being assaulted in the same store earlier this month. Last week, deputies arrested 20-year-old Angel Lopez Rojas on suspicion of lewd and lascivious acts on a minor under the age of 14. Lopez Rojas is being held without bail.
