The Cal Poly student and resident adviser who is suspected of breaking into an on-campus apartment and holding his hands over a female student’s face was in court yesterday. Earlier this month, a resident in the Poly Canyon Village apartments woke up with an intruder’s hands over her face. 25-year-old Alexis Alejandro was arrested last week. Yesterday, he pleaded not guilty. His bail was also bumped up to 200,000 dollars.
