The San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors has approved a new housing project. The 22-unit project on North Main Street will be made up of single family homes with room to build accessory dwelling units or ADUs. According to the Tribune, The project was approved with a 4-1 vote. Bruce Gibson voted against it, saying the County was woefully short when it comes to affordable housing.
