The man who is suspected of bombing the Santa Maria courthouse is facing a list of new charges. The 20-year-old Santa Maria resident was due in court last Wednesday for an unserialized firearm charge before he tossed the explosive device into the courthouse lobby injuring at least five people. Prosecutors have added ten new charges to the suspect’s case, including two counts of attempted murder. If convicted, he could be facing between seven and 40 years in federal prison.
