Tis the season for for everything spooky and fun in Cambria. The month-long Scarecrow Festival has begun in Cambria and San Simeon. The event is free, but visitors are encouraged to park their vehicles and walk around the town to enjoy the more than 220 scarecrows. USA Today has called the event one of the 10 best fall events in the Country.
