Pismo Beach police arrested a man over the weekend for brandishing a replica firearm. Authorities say it happened on Sunday when officers responded to a report of a driver “brandishing a firearm from a vehicle.” According to the department’s Facebook post, officers caught up with the suspect and discovered the firearm was a BB gun that lacked orange safety tabs used to indicate imitation, replica or toy gun.
