Two popular Avila Beach camping spots will be closing next month. The websites for the Woodyard and Nobi Point sites announced they would be closed starting on November 16th. Some campers were shocked to hear the news. The California Coastal Commission says R.V.s on the oceanfront campsites were blocking the public’s view of the ocean. Coastal Commission officials say they are exploring alternatives.
