A new $7.5 million program in San Luis Obispo County will provide transitional housing and support for individuals with severe behavioral health conditions. The Bridge Housing program will offer treatment for mental health and substance use disorders while helping prevent relapses into homelessness. The County Behavioral Health and Transitions-Mental Health Association are behind the project. To qualify, individuals must provide proof of homelessness and behavioral health conditions.
