The fate of the Atascadero barber accused of sex crimes will be in the hands of a jury this afternoon. Nathen Abate is facing several charges of sex crimes between 2008 and 2010 involving numerous victims. Two final witnesses took the stand yesterday. A forensic psychologist, who explained how memories could be contaminated, and a SLO P.D. detective who testified about Standard Investigative Procedure. Closing arguments are expected later this afternoon.
