New Details in Monday’s fatal house fire and murder in Arroyo Grande. Police have identified the suspect as 29-year-old Alan Osio. investigators believe Osio attacked his parents and set the home on Spruce Street ablaze. He was seen trying to escape but was taken into custody with an assist by a K9 officer. Osio is facing charges of first-degree murder, attempted murder and arson. An investigation is ongoing.
