The man accused of stabbing his father to death, assaulting his mother and setting their house on fire was officially charged yesterday. The San Luis Obispo Count D.A. has charged 29-year-old Alan Osio with murder, attempted murder, arson, and assault on a police animal. According to the Tribune, over the past decade Osio has been charged with 14 various crimes. He’s scheduled for arraignment later this morning.
