Gas prices across the country may have settled down a bit. According to Triple-A, the national average is 3.13 a gallon. but in California the price for a gallon of regular unleaded has ticked up to 4.59 a gallon. That’s still about 10 cents cheaper than a month ago and 71 cents cheaper than this date last year. San Luis Obispo County is reporting an average of 4.84 a gallon and its 4.58 a gallon in Santa Barbara County.
