Morro Bay Police arrested a 60-year-old man over the weekend. Police received a report from a woman about a man following her for hours Saturday night. According to the Tribune, officers responded to to an area near Main Street. The woman pointed out 60-year-old Daniel Tiss. Officers recognized Tiss from earlier contacts. During a pat down, officers discovered a loaded .38 caliber hand gun, “a usable amount of methamphetamine” and other drug paraphernalia and weapons.
