Some tense moments at a SLO County gas station over the weekend. Atascadero City Fire and Emergency Services crews responded to a gas station on Morro Road Saturday afternoon. When firefighters arrived, they found a flatbed trailer with 48 bales of hay fully involved in flames. The fire spread to nearby vegetation but was quickly contained. It took about a hour to douse the flames. No injuries were reported.
