Growth is coming to Los Osos. Back in June, the California Coastal Commission approved the Los Osos Community Plan, but suggested a 1 percent growth rate. Yesterday, the San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors agreed with the Coastal Commission. Hundreds of people have been waiting more than 2 decades to begin their building projects. Officials say those that have been on waiting the longest will be the first to receive their permits.
