The San Luis Obispo County Animal Services Department is investigating a disturbing case of crimes against animals. Officials found 40 dead cats and 6 cats alive in an apartment in Paso Robles. Tenants of the Presidio Apartments were shocked to hear the news. The former resident could face 3 years in County Jail if convicted. Paso Robles Police say there have been no arrests in the case.
