Four people in Lompoc were arrested yesterday. Police say the four were occupying a couple of South J Street residences that had been red-tagged as unsafe to occupy. Police say the occupants repeatedly ignored the orders. The four were arrested and the residences were boarded up with new “do not enter signs.
