Santa Maria Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a felony hit and run suspect. According to a press release, 35-year-old Federico Garcia Galvez was involved in a hit and run incident that killed a one-year-old girl on West Cypress. Anyone with helpful information regarding this ongoing investigation is asked to contact the Santa Maria Police Department.
