Paso Robles Police arrested a man who was posing as a “healing Practitioner”. Police say 59-year-old David Cruz Padilla allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in his Oak Hill Road home last week. According to the Tribune, he has no medical training and he may have treated several women, including underage minors. An investigation is ongoing.
