The San Luis Obispo County D.A.’s Office has charged a Paso Robles man with committing murder, a hate crime, and animal abuse. The charges stem from the death of 34-year-old Todd Pinion of Atascadero. His body was found last weekend near Tassajara Creek. 21-year-old Tyler Stevens was arrested and charged with murder. He’s due to be arraigned later today. The investigation continues.
