The Alex Madonna Expo Center will be hosting the 9th annual Average Joe Rodeo Finals this weekend. According to KSBY, for local team ropers and rodeo goers, the Average Joe Finals is a chance for varying abilities to try their hand at team roping and breakaway roping in the same conditions that they use in the NFR in Las Vegas in December. The action will be faster and more difficult due to the smaller size of the arena. The Average Joe Finals start today and run through Sunday.
