The Santa Barbara County Parks Department has announced the delivery of 16,000 pounds of rainbw trout this season at Lake Cachuma. The first 4,000 pounds have already been delivered. Thanks to plentiful rain totals over the past couple of years, there’s plenty of room for the latest addition of fish. Lake Cachuma is also home to large and small mouth bass, crappie, carp, catfish, blue gill, and red-eared sunfish. 12,000 more pounds of rainbow trout will be delivered throughout the season.
