As the nights get colder on the Central Coast, the needs of the unhoused population become more evident. Outreach efforts have been ramped up in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties. Shelters, warming centers, and various donation drives are seeing an increase in demand as overnight temperatures drop.
