A Santa Maria gang member and convicted felon will be spending the next 15-years in federal prison. The 41-year-old, who has a long criminal history, was convicted of possessing methamphetamine and dozens of rounds of ammunition, including some found inside a “ghost gun.” That’s a firearm lacking a serial number. Back in February Rodolfo Uriarte pleaded guilty to five felony charges. He’s been in federal custody since last November.
