The Paso Robles man accused of murdering an Atascadero man because he was gay returned to court yesterday. 21-year-old Tyler Stevens is facing a murder charge in the death of Todd Pinion. The San Luis Obispo County D.A.’s Office has enhanced the murder charge by adding hate crime, and deadly weapon enhancements.
