A former San Luis Obispo County supervisor candidate has been convicted of election fraud. The San Luis Obispo County D.A.’s Office says, 55-year-old Michelle Morrow pleaded no contest to two of the four counts against her: filing a false declaration of candidacy and fraudulent attempts to vote. According to a Facebook campaign ad one of Morrow’s top priorities was to eliminate corruption. She is scheduled to be sentenced on January 6th.
