A suspected DUI driver was arrested over the weekend on charges of grand theft. At around Midnight Sunday an officer spotted a vehicle weaving on the northbound 101 south of Avila Beach Drive. Things became suspicious when the driver and passenger gave conflicting information. A search of the vehicle found 30 bottles of alcohol and various cuts of meat valued at more than 1,000 dollars. According to the Tribune the driver was booked into SLO County Jail on various charges.
